The counselling will deal with psychological issues such as; anxiety, anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, marital/relationship problems, anger, grief & loss, stress, Personality Disorders.
As well as day to day issues such as; lack of motivation, lack of direction in life, vocational counselling, general well-being, low self-esteem, assertiveness training and social skills enhancement.
